From the first brief
to the handoff

You work directly with the team building your project. Here is how we agree the work, review it together and deliver it.

1

Understand

Talk through the work as it happens today. Define the outcome, the constraints and what a useful first version would do.

A shared brief
2

Agree

Make the scope, timing, price and review points concrete. You know what we are building and how we will judge it.

A project we both understand
3

Build & review

Make the work visible as it develops. Review the important decisions and test the real workflow together.

Launch & hand over

Bring the files, access, documentation and ownership together. Measure the live result and agree who maintains and improves it.

Who you’ll work with

We design and build websites, automations, internal tools and private AI systems. The same team works with you from the first conversation through delivery.

The studio is founded by senior software and systems engineers and Ph.D. scientists. We test the software against the work it needs to do and the evidence needed to trust it.

We use agents for research, design, implementation and checks. We review their work and remain responsible for what we deliver.

Practical questions

How much will a project cost?

We agree the scope, price and timing after understanding the work and your existing systems. If you are still deciding what to build, a technical review or roadmap can be a separate first step.

Do I need a finished specification?

No. A short description of the problem, an example of how you handle it now and the people involved are enough to start a useful conversation.

Do you use AI to build the work?

Yes. Agents help us research, design, implement and check the work. Our team remains responsible for decisions and what we deliver. The product itself only needs AI when it serves the problem.

What happens after handoff?

Every project includes a handoff and ownership plan. We can also agree ongoing monitoring, maintenance, help with adoption and improvements after launch.

Can you connect to the tools we already use?

Often, but access and capabilities need checking before we promise an integration. We will look at supported APIs, permissions, data quality and what should happen when a connection fails.
