We want you to be able to understand our services, send a brief and review your project in a way that works for you.

Using the site

The site supports keyboard navigation, a skip-to-content link, visible focus, browser text resizing and reduced-motion preferences. Forms use labels and explain errors. The client workspace includes a page finder and written project updates.

We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our design and testing target. Automated checks and keyboard reviews help us find problems, but do not prove full conformance. Complex mockups, third-party documents and embedded deliverables may need an alternative format.

Tell us about a barrier

Email [email protected] with the page or task you were trying to use, what went wrong and your preferred way to receive help. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or disability.

If you already have a client account, you can also send a workspace request. We can discuss a written description, an accessible document or another way to review the work. An accessibility report does not require you to create an account.

Reviewing work

Mockup comments and written requests provide alternatives to drawing. Tell us if an image, prototype or document prevents you from making a decision, so we can agree a suitable review format.
